This class can get an user image, QRCode or VCF from Gravatar.

It takes the email address of a given user and sends API requests to the Gravatar site to returns the URL of picture of the user of a given size.

The class returns a default image URL in case there is no picture for the specified user.

The class can also retrieve the link to the user profile in Gravatar as a QRCode image or VCF contact card of the given user if available.
